Capacity Building

DO MORE, STRESS LESS

SLEEP WELL

What is Capacity Building?

It’s a practical and proven methodology for helping people manage their work more efficiently and effectively.

Questions we are asking

Why is it so hard to get clarity and feel in control?

Why can’t you focus on the important things?

Why is it so hard to get things done?

What if there were a few simple things that changed everything?

Beliefs behind the approach

WE BELIEVE THAT IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE THIS HARD

WE BELIEVE IN WRITING YOUR OWN FUTURE

WE BELIEVE IN A GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP

HOW IT WORKS

By introducing new practical ways to deal with email, calendars, meetings, projects and tasks we help people gain immediate clarity and control and reinstate a feeling of calm and confidence.
We help establish new rhythms and behaviours that build capacity
and help people sleep better at night.

Who is it for?

The programme can run at several levels in an organisation: senior leaders, managers, wider teams.

It’s for anyone who feels the burden of email, who feels overwhelmed by high volume, high velocity working and who struggles to find time to get to their real work.

We recognise people at all levels in an organisation experience these feelings.

By helping them identify alternative behaviours we can change how they feel and what they believe about their work.

“‘This course simply makes you more intelligent
in how you handle work’”
