change behaviours to improve workplace culture and build confidence
how it works
Whether it’s changing your own behaviour, your team’s or an organisational unit we’ll first understand your need, then develop a practical intervention to respond to your requirements and situation.
Practical interventions include Working Smarter training, capability building, induction support, group charters, facilitation, leadership programmes, team development and mentoring and coaching.
These tools and programmes give academics, researchers and professional services colleagues hard and soft skills, build their confidence and change the way they think and feel about their work.
Changing what people do changes the way they feel leading to new ways of thinking and being.
Bristol City Council
As with all councils, Bristol had a constant demand to provide consistently high quality services at reasonable cost, at a time when resources were under pressure. Participants in our programme doubled their productivity and the number of effective people trebled.
University of Warwick
The University of Warwick’s Development and Alumni Engagement Team grew significantly following investment. They were looking for practical training to embed expectations and a behaviours framework, to help new and existing staff succeed. So we trained the whole team to Work Smarter.
