Thanks for taking our survey – we want to understand your needs and experience, to design effective support services for you.
That’s why we ask for feedback before and after the workshops. It also allows us to measure impact and make improvements for the future.
In addition to asking you to share your experience, we also collect personal information such as your name and email address. We do this to measure the effectiveness of the support, by seeing how your scores change.
We respect and protect your privacy, so we do not share any data with third parties except to enable us to analyse it.
From time to time we may produce reports detailing the impact of our work with you, any comments or data used in these reports is anonymised and non-attributable.
We will share your feedback and input with the workshop facilitators, to help them support you.
We will not use your personal information to contact you unless you specifically invite us to.
All attributable data is held on secure servers and is deleted within 3 months of the end of the engagement with your organisation.
