Our High Performance Teams programme is a deliberate and active process that helps you work through tensions and problems so that you can get to high performance.
You’ll learn real practical tools and a whole range of soft skills that help you build empathy, increase understanding and deal with some of the messy things that happen inside teams.
We work with, in and on the group: directly embracing the tensions that are in the room and working through them on your live projects in a way that’s enabling and liberating. We create the space for you to practice the skills needed so you can get to high performance.

What it looks like
High Performance Teams
is a six to twelve month programme for boosting the performance of leadership teams.
It mixes hard and soft skills, covering practical competencies, as well as working on building empathy and trust. We create the space to do the hard work safely.
Programmes blend group workshops with 1-1 work, moving between the group and individual dynamic. They are emergent responding to the needs of the group while building core skills.
There is usually an aspect of delivered live work, for example a specific project that can be used as a focus for the work we do together.
High Performance Teams exists to help your leadership team work together better and do better work.
We benchmark the team before the programme starts, qualitatively and quantitatively and check-in during the course of the programme, you will be able to see the progress made both in terms of the narratives that are being expressed and data against set criteria.
