What it looks like

It looks very different from your typical survey report. We design understandable shareable graphics to clearly reveal what is important.

We are shy of bar charts and wary of the false security that numbers without context can give.

We use surveys, of course.

We take time to design engaging ways to gather stories from your people. Brushes, pencils, craft knives appear in place of focus groups. The way people are asked share stories can be symbolically significant and influences the quality and depth people are prepared to give.

We give recommendations for action.

How it works

We start with the data you have, analysing the raw data from HR, from existing surveys, searching for patterns and correlations.

We design surveys to capture the data that’s missing.

We design engaging and creative ways to involve people in the process of revealing the experience of an organisation, from painting, to printing, model building to whittling. We specialise in ways to get people to share stories, speak candidly in safety.

We overlay the stories with the numbers and curate a coherent understandable narrative, and make recommendations for action.
